To initiate the screen printing process for your project, simply complete and submit our quote form. This allows you to provide us with all the necessary details tailored to your order. Our team will thoroughly review your project, ensuring we have a comprehensive understanding of your requirements.
You can expect a prompt response from us via text within 24-48 hours, confirming that we are well-prepared and ready to proceed with your project.
Step 2
Approve estimate and receive a proof approval.
Once we have reviewed your quote form, we will send you a cost estimate directly to your email. Once you approve and accept the estimate, we request a deposit payment equivalent to half of the total cost to initiate the order.
We understand the importance of providing reassurance to our clients, which is why we do not require full payment upfront.
This approach safeguards both parties in the event of unexpected circumstances or if the client decides to cancel the project midway through production. Rest assured, we prioritize transparency and aim to establish a mutually beneficial relationship based on trust and accountability.
When the payment is received on our end, we will send over a proof with your design mock-ups with placements, measurements, specific pantone colors and more. We DO NOT start production until YOU approve the proof, this lets us know that all your order details are correct and ready for production.
Step 3
Once the proof is approved by you, we will start production.
Once you have approved the proof, we will promptly initiate full production of your order. You can trust us to handle your project with utmost care and dedication, ensuring its completion according to your expectations and within a reasonable timeframe.
Our average turnaround time ranges from 7 to 15 business days, allowing us to deliver your finished product in a timely manner. Sit back and relax, knowing that your project is in capable hands.
Step 4
The final step is packaging and shipping your order out.
Upon completion of production, we offer you the convenience of having your merchandise professionally packaged in clear poly bags and tagged with size stickers, available at an additional cost. This ensures a polished presentation and effortless organization of your items.
Once your order is carefully packaged, we will promptly arrange shipment through reliable carriers such as UPS or USPS, ensuring swift delivery to your designated location. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience from production to delivery, guaranteeing that your order arrives promptly and in pristine condition.
